The Inspiration Associates concept is based on the breadth of entreprenurial business experience I've had since 1979 when I started my first computer consulting firm. Rather than maintaining a staff that is inherently limited by its resident skill sets, I have always found it more efficient and effective to bring together a team with the specific skills necessary to get a problem solved or a project completed. In some cases I have all of the skills needed. When additional expertise is required, I bring it in and manage it, retaining full resposibility for success of the project.

A creative and enthusiastic leader with a Masters Degree in Engineering and over thirty years experience in Consulting, Business Plan Development, Startup Operations, For-Profit and Non-Profit Business Management, and Product Design and Development. Diverse experience in the fileds of Telecommunications, Computers and Technology, Natural Health and Lifestyle, and Preservation of Cultural and Historic Art and Architecture. A highly skilled designer, inventor, problem solver and motivator with demonstrable experience in conceiving, developing and growing organizations. An effective communicator, facilitator and public speaker with highly developed organizational and management skills.

We spend time defining and/or clarifying your Vision, which then serves as a touchstone for all the other work, which is designed to get you from where you are to the full realization of the Vision as efficiently as possible.

I work with entrepreneurs, inventors and businesses, helping them clarify the Vision, define their purpose, set goals and determine the actions required to achieve those goals. I am also available to assist with business planning, financial modeling, technology systems, marketing and operational systems design.
